In 2018, she founded Glambox to bring her vision for innovative, experience-driven brand engagement to life. Her career includes key leadership roles at The Retail Jeweller, UBM India, and KNC Services, where she successfully led national sales, curated high-profile industry events, and developed impactful B2B and B2C platforms. From launching East India’s leading jewellery show (KJGF) to organizing international lifestyle exhibitions and pioneering fashion showcases, Shruti has consistently blended strategy with creativity to deliver results.
